Nicole “Nikki” Savage, CFP®
Founder & Financial Advisor, Wild Iris Financial
Nikki Savage has spent 15 years in financial services learning exactly what kind of advisor she didn’t want to be.
Wild Iris Financial is the result of deciding to be something different—a financial advisor for women who deserve thoughtful guidance.

More than stocks & bonds
Nikki doesn’t think of herself as a portfolio manager. She thinks of herself as a “decision engine.”
As a financial advisor for women navigating real life, Nikki brings disciplined planning, behavioral insight, and clear guidance to decisions that rarely fit neatly inside a spreadsheet.
Her clients don’t come to her just to have their money managed. They come because they’re navigating something real: a transition, a career shift, a life they’re actively building — and they need someone who can help them think clearly when the stakes are high.
That means cash flow planning, tax strategy, risk management, estate coordination, and yes, investment management too. But it also means being the steady, knowledgeable voice in the room when a big decision needs to be made. The one who’s done the research, thought through the implications, and can give you a straight answer.
Her goal is simple: empower you to live the life you’ve earned and deserve.
Background & Credentials
Nikki earned her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, graduating with honors from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas in 2011. She holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation, one of the most rigorous and widely respected credentials in the financial planning profession.
She has spent more than 15 years working across the financial services industry, including institutional roles that gave her deep insight into how the industry works and where it consistently falls short for the women it was supposed to be serving.
Her path through the industry shaped the kind of financial advisor for women she wanted to become: thoughtful, direct, disciplined, and deeply human.
That experience is why she started Wild Iris Financial.

Outside the Office
Nikki grew up in Dallas, Texas, and made Florida home in 2021 when she relocated with her husband, Jason. They got married in Lake Como, Italy in July 2024, and she’ll tell you the food alone was worth the flight.
At home, the undisputed household personalities are Tilly and Emo. Tilly, short for Tillamook, named for her favorite cheese, is the calm one. Emo, named by Jason, has opinions and makes sure everyone knows it.
When she’s not working, Nikki is in the gym, on a boat, at a concert, or planning the next trip somewhere worth eating well. She’s active in her community and believes that showing up for the people around you isn’t separate from the work. It’s part of it.

Community
Nikki’s commitment to women doesn’t stop when the workday does.
She is an active member of the League of Women Voters and volunteers with the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay, where she serves as Action Chair for Women in Action, a role focused on turning advocacy into real outcomes for women navigating some of the hardest moments of their lives.
Neither of these is incidental. They’re the same work, in a different room: advocacy, support, and the belief that women deserve someone in their corner, whether that’s in a financial planning meeting or somewhere far more urgent.
It’s who she is. The business just made it official.
